Close to Ninety Air Travels Associated to Jeffrey Epstein Allegedly Landed at or Took Off from UK Airports

A review has identified that close to 90 aircraft journeys connected to Jeffrey Epstein reportedly landed at and took off from UK airfields, with some reportedly carrying women from the UK who assert they were exploited by the convicted child sex offender.

Flight Logs Reveal Pattern of Movement

The flight logs were among a trove of legal papers and papers made public by the estate of Jeffrey Epstein that have been disclosed over the previous twelve months. The analysis found 87 aircraft movements tied to Epstein – including many that were not previously known – arriving or departing from UK airports between the early 1990s and 2018.

Onboard Individuals and After Guilty Verdict Flights

Unnamed female passengers were recorded among the travelers travelling into and out of the UK. Notably, 15 of these flights involving the UK happened following Epstein’s 2008 guilty verdict for soliciting sex from a minor.

“This is ‘shocking’ that there had never been a ‘thorough probe in the UK’ into his activities in the country,” said US lawyers acting for hundreds of Epstein victims.

UK Survivors and Legal Proceedings

Testimony from one of the UK-based survivors aided the conviction of Epstein’s accomplice socialite Ghislaine Maxwell of child sex-trafficking in the US in 2021. But, that individual has not been approached by UK authorities, as stated by her Florida-based lawyer.

In a response, the Metropolitan police stated they had “not received any further evidence that would support reopening the inquiry.” They added, “If fresh and pertinent information be presented to us, including any arising from the disclosure of documents in the US, we will assess it.”

Ongoing Document Release and Judicial Decisions

Proposed legislation to release every document held by the US government in concerning Epstein was approved by the US Congress last month. The Department of Justice has until 19 December to follow through. A vast number of files are projected to be released.

Separately, a US judge decided last week that the department could make public evidence from a trafficking prosecution against Maxwell, Epstein’s long-term associate, who is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence over the allegations.
